( Q) How to add items from the store to my account ?
(A) Log into your account on the main page at the top right corner click “Add Order”
Fields with * are Mandatory “Click Add”
Your item will appear on the same page with the Status of Waiting.
Once your item is checked into our system you will received an Email notification. Note your item status is updated to “Received”
(Q) How do I select my items that have arrived to be forwarded to an address that I specify.
(A) on Packages page (or your Home page) click “collect the parcel”
First fill out the Name of your New Box, Address, Method, Declared Value, choose Additional Options if you want to order any.
On the Right select the items to be added to the box click “Save & Send”
Your Package will appear the Package with Status “Consolidation”
Once your items are done being Packaged, your will received an Email
click Payment to review then click pay via Paypal, also See FAQ for other Funding Options. Once your Box is paid and shipped the tracking will appear :
(Q) Where do I update my delivery Mailing address? Note you may add multiply delivery addresses.
(A) On the left sidebar click “Settings” click “Your Address” (or on you Home page click button ADD/EDIT DELIVERY ADDRESS)
(Q) Where the Store address with my unique ID (SUITE) number?
(A) On the left sidebar click “Settings” a click “Warehouse Address” (or on you Home page click button VIEW MY USA ADDRESS)
